I am a Phila Police Officer and fly a FOP shield on my windshield and have a Penna registered vehicle with FOP Tags and I defy any local police officer to challenge me for parking across pedestrian crosswalk markings on Mediterranean Ave., where such crosswalks are for no legitimate purpose, other than people walking their dogs to the grass fields across the residential neighborhood to do their business. Don't bother giving me a summons, your efforts will be balked upon by me and half the neighborhood that is on the job and vacation here in their second homes.
