I am incredibly sickened by seeing children outside in the cold weather with no winter apparel, or in boots from last year that are too small. Meanwhile their mom or dad has the money for cigarettes and beer. And I cannot believe the nerve of some of you to sign up for free coats or toy donations because you do not want to take money away from your own personal wants. When you become a parent, your child comes first, not your vices!
