Yes, black lives certainly do matter, but the police don't go to work plotting about how many black youths they can shoot. The black community needs to step up and accept responsibility. When thugs and gangsters are role models, what good can come of it? Let's look at a return to morality, two-parent families and education. Yes, government has responsibility too, to provide good schools and fair employment opportunities. It is obvious the old approaches have failed.
