Hopefully, Pres. Obama will take advantage of the first Supreme Court opening to appoint Eric Holder as an associate justice. Holder has brought compassion, realism and fairness as attorney general, despite incessant, unfair and suspicious criticism from extremists, and his experience puts him in better position to interpret our laws than some of the more shallow, current judges on the Court.
