The Herald reported on the problems at CMC social services with 14 positions going unfilled, "with no explanation" and no formal training for staff. Isn't someone supposed to be in charge there and shouldn't they be held accountable for this mismanagement that caused the "need to re-engineer the entire agency?" The front line workers there work very hard. This is the fault of management and people at the top.
