Democrats - bless their heart. Several years ago in Philly, the chants were to defund the police. Now after years of uncontrollable crime, they are putting extra police on buses, trains, bus stops, sidewalks, etc. They haven’t activated the National Guard yet like New York City. Now if they actually prosecute these law-breakers, it may make a dent in crime. A lot of money that could have been used to help the citizens is wasted by these democrats. What don’t they understand.
