How did the CMC Board of Chosen Freeholders determine the dates

Wildwood Crest/Waretown - How did the CMC Board of Chosen Freeholders determine the dates for the reopening of motels and hotels in the Wildwoods? Did they just pull numbers out of the air--60% capacity on June 1 and 100% capacity on June 22. I understand the need for the economy to restart but these dates seem so random considering the virus is still spreading. Think about what a town like Wildwood Crest is like when all the motels are full--how will social distancing be maintained? A dangerous choice by this group of individuals.
