Wildwood Crest - To the woman who sat 12 inches from my baby on the beach and proceeded to light up a cigarette, I hope you know that is beyond rude. What makes a person think it's OK to do this? I'm so sick of people smoking on the beach. You chose to sit near us, have the decency to walk to the back of the beach to smoke. I can't wait until the beach is officially non-smoking. Can't happen soon enough!
