Wildwood Crest - To the Wildwood Crest spouter who complained about the Crest police not ticketing cars with expired meters: There is a new cell phone app which lets you pay for your meter via your smart phone. I have used it and it works great. Unfortunately, the red "expired" still shows on the meter. The police must receive something electronically that lets them know you have paid and for how long. So don't assume that cars in "expired" spaces really have expired meters.
