Wildwood Crest - Wildwood Crest public workers are giving out notices to people saying they have to use a trash can for trash and recycling. I guess the trash workers don't want to pick up a trash bag because bags don't have handles on them. They want taxpayers to waste money on trash cans that just blow away.
