From east of the GSP and Sea Isle City south to include all of LT. These are all the beach communities and face similar issues. Divide Upper Township down the center to create east and west UT. Combine Middle, Dennis and west Upper Township. These are more rural areas with similar problems. The rest is northeast CMC; three governments instead of 16, three mayors, three police departments, etc. However, only one countywide school district would suffice.
