Why do so many Crest workers quit?

Wildwood Crest - Why do so many Crest workers quit? Seems to me they should be happy working for the borough, yet people seem to be quitting all the time. I saw on Facebook that two code enforcement inspectors just left, what is the problem? I hear that lots of workers just leave from the jobs, someone must know who.
