Wildwood Crest - Why do people who own dogs in Wildwood Crest feel like the whole role of dog waste bags belongs to them? Wildwood Crest goes out of their way to keep parks clean and nice. People should take a bag or two when needed. But to stand there and keep taking from the role for your personal yard and dog is wrong. It effects all of our taxes.
