Wildwood Crest - Who uses plastic bags just once? They are great! They are convenient, free (the best part), and I usually get one or two other uses out of them after I bring stuff home from the store in them. They make a great bag to carry lunch or a snack to work; they are super trash can liners for small waste baskets; and all responsible pet owners know that nothing beats them for picking up your dog's dookie after a nice walk with rover. Those bags are a benefit to society. People who abuse them and throw them in the streets, or even worse, the bay or ocean, should be fined heavily.
