While I like the color of the new street signs in Wildwood Crest

Wildwood Crest - While I like the color of the new street signs in Wildwood Crest if you don't have 20/20 vision they are hard to read. Why did they decide to go with small case letters when Wildwood and North Wildwood signs are larger with upper case or Capital letters ? Isn't the goal of the signs to make them legible ? The idea was good but the execution terrible.
