Wildwood Crest - When the NJ Smoke Free Clean Air Act was out in place, the Crest opted go against all other county beaches and allow for designated smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited by law on the beach except in the designated areas in the back. I’m on the beach nearly every day and no one is policing or enforcing this policy. At nearly any time you could throw a Cheeto and hit 3 smokers. WW Crest - It’s time to enforce the local law or adhere to the State Law!
