When driving to work, I use Syracuse Avenue and there is a house

Wildwood Crest - When driving to work, I use Syracuse Avenue and there is a house that has damage from a fire and the property is in deplorable condition. I believe it's been around two years that it has looked like this. I notice residents get citations for uncut grass because it is an eyesore yet this property seems like it just gets more rundown.
