Wildwood Crest - What're all the spouts about Wildwood Crest Public Works about? Trash is supposed to be in a can, not a bag tossed on the sidewalk for the birds to rip open. Why are some folks having such a hard time putting garbage in a can where it should be? I hope you do get a ticket from the trashmen if you make a mess.
