What is going on at Notre Dame?

Wildwood Crest - What is going on at Notre Dame? The priests are remodeling the rectory. Wildwood Catholic wants my money. There's a "parish administrator" who has the job but needs to go to school to know how to do the job. What's that job anyway except to let the priests enjoy the remodeled rectory? We have three priests. Sweetheart deal? Makes no sense to me.
