What an eyesore to look at every day!!!

Wildwood Crest - What an eyesore to look at every day!!! How is it that a neighbor can put a large shed on their front lawn on, RESIDENTIAL zoned street in Wildwood Crest and run a business out of it?!? Doesn't Borough Zoning Official's have to approve mercantile licenses or are we just turning a blind eye?!? Absolutely horrendous and very inconsiderate of said neighbor.
