Wildwood Crest - Went for a walk this am—July 2. There is a sign that says no dogs on beach. I saw no less than 30 dogs, many not on leashes—barking, growling, pooping and running around. Don’t know how but the rule breakers and entitled need to be controlled. I love dogs and have two ,but I follow the rules.
