Wildwood Crest - Wake up NJ teachers. It’s time to do away with the NJEA (National Education Association) and join the AFT (American Federation of Teachers). The NJEA is a professional organization with their own agendas that don’t benefit their membership. The AFT is a traditional union organization that’s purpose is to support their membership without hidden agenda’s. Im tired of the NJEA’s political views, poorly negotiated contracts, lack of support, not protecting and fighting for members, and very little return for the dues we pay. It’s time for a change!
