Wildwood Crest - Volunteer EMS and fire departments should create bylaws requiring those who want to volunteer and get the perks that come with being part of the club, to man their respective stations to assure there is always a crew ready to respond 24/7. And I don't want to hear anything about not being able to ask them to do that. You can, and should. If they really care about helping, they will work together and find the time to do so.
