Wildwood Crest - A vacant lot on Sunset Lake was being used for parking. Now, if you drive by this piece of open land, there is an enormous white metal warehouse. How did this building ever get approved when all the buildings surrounding it are residential? The Crest has spent millions of dollars on beautifying the landscape around Sunset Lake and now we have this.

This property is part of Lower Township. An inquiry to Lower Township Clerk Julie Picard elicited the following response, "The property you are referring to was never a vacant lot. If cars were parking there, they should have had permission from the business owner. The renovations on that property have been approved by the Lower Township Planning Board and those records are available upon OPRA request."
