We have more corporate control of the media than we’ve ever had. We have more billionaire money buying elections than ever before. We have a president-elect who has little regard for the rule of law, who is suing media outlets and threatening to jail his political opponents. We are moving rapidly toward an oligarchy. Billionaires not only dominate our economy, but the information we consume and our politics as well.
