Wildwood Crest - There seems to be some confusion about parents' rights for refusing the PARCC. The following new law means that no district can be penalized for refusals; A-4485 states, "This bill prohibits the Commissioner of Education from withholding state school aid from a school district based on the participation rate of its students on the state assessments." The PARCC is not necessary, nor is it a valid or reliable assessment. Please inform yourself!
