"Successful" legal actions in the case(s) in Wildwood Crest?

Wildwood Crest - "Successful" legal actions in the case(s) in Wildwood Crest? Really? Is that still going on? I thought one retired and one was fired? One had no recourse and one was trying again for the second or third time? Is that success? When? Why would the borough pay any money? If there was a fault by the borough here I would have thought it would have been paid out by now? Interesting, I say let's see it all! Who really is at fault here? I am guessing not the borough! Put it up or stop praying for a windfall that's not going to happen, better chance at the next Powerball!
