That won't be enforced after an officer enforced the law this summer in NW and was suspended for enforcing it, when it turned out that the dog was a service dog and the owner was a disabled vet suffering from PTSD. I heard from local law enforcement that there was no training as to what a service dog is. In addition, they have been recently taught that anyone can say that their dog is a service dog and there is nothing they can do. If I'm a cop, I'm avoiding that situation.
