Someone spouted that they saw two Wildwood Crest public workers

Wildwood Crest - Someone spouted that they saw two Wildwood Crest public workers playing with a Frisbee while in the Public Works yard. How is anyone to know if this is true; why didn't you report it to their boss? Maybe you're just making it up for whatever reason you may have. If you don't report it, it may never have happened. Stop complaining if you're not going to do the right thing yourself.
