Wildwood Crest - A sign in the Crest reads, "Bicycles must obey traffic laws." Does that mean I can blame my bicycle if I don't obey traffic laws? Don't you think the sign should refer to "bicyclists," since bicycles are inanimate objects and cannot read? What is happening to the English language and/or our education system here in Cape May County?
