In response to a Villas spouter who feels she has to keep her ch

Wildwood Crest - In response to a Villas spouter who feels she has to keep her children in the car to wait for the school bus versus having them stand in the rain, when we were children we actually did walk a mile to school sometimes in the rain, snow, etc. I think it helped build our character. It seems that kids nowadays are really spoiled and when they get older can't seem to face real problems, hence, more drugs, shootings, etc. Don't criticize the mother who wants her kids to face the world as it is. Does the spouter allow her kids to overcome any challenges or does she do everything for them?
