Wildwood Crest - Regarding the transgender military ban spout from Clermont, Secretary of Defense Mattis is allowing transgenders to serve for at least the next six months as he commissions a panel to review the facts and circumstances of Trump's ban. As lawsuits continue to mount up (the most recent being a class-action suit filed by the ACLU), no doubt the legalities and constitutionality will come into question once again just like Trump's Muslim travel ban executive decrees. My guess is that this will go before the Supreme Court and a final ruling is years away.
