Wildwood Crest - Re: The Wildwood Crest Oceanview Motel - No one is stopping them from building condos, you can still do that with the historic lobby. State preservation funding can even give money to the owner to fix it. It’s a win-win. The city keeps it’s history and the owner doesn’t have to pay (and makes money)
