That’s how little population we have, so how are we going to pay for this? It’s a lot of money.” She's correct. The population is small, in the Crest, in the off season, but because of families like mine who have owned a home in the Crest for more than a half century and pay taxes like year-round residents, we all make it possible for these types of projects to be done. Remember, Joyce, it's all our tax dollars, not just the year-round residents, footing the bill.
