Wildwood Crest - Outrageous! Crest Planning Board approves Mahalo Plan with 17!!! Variances. Is the Code or the Board deeply flawed??? Mayor and Commisioner conveniently absent. The board (not developer) is in the driver's seat and accountable to enforce codes that protect resident taxpayer interests. How many board members will benefit from this massive change in precedent as the town loses its character (agents, owners, builders)? Developer claims "only 13 of 5000 residents were opposed". Nice Spin. We're being fleeced. Time for a change in local leadership.
