The NJ DOT is out there spending free money from the Biden feder

Wildwood Crest - The NJ DOT is out there spending free money from the Biden federal infrastructure act. They took a perfectly sound paved roadway( Rt 47 and North Wildwood Blvd) removed 1 1/2 inch of this sound roadway and are now applying Chip Seal. The road is and will be noisy, messy, oily, and basically a very old fashion way to resurface a road. They choose this method as it’s cheaper and we allow them to resurface more roadways but at a lesser quality.
