Wildwood Crest - To the man on Morning Glory road, as long as my dog is on a leash, on the curb side, and I pick up waste, we are perfectly free to walk on that grass. You are free to fence the sidewalk patch in front of your townhouse if you would like.  The point of walking a dog is so that they can get exercise, sniff, and do their business.  Please leave us law abiding animal lovers alone.
