Wildwood Crest - Lower Township schools face an aid reduction of more than $1.2 million. Parents of Lower Township students need to speak up. This loss of funding and elimination of teacher positions will hurt their children. People who say teachers have it easy are not people who have been responsible for the education of tomorrow’s workforce. I have seen teachers who do whatever is necessary to help students succeed – they are people with heart, determination and grit. NJ’s governor focuses on the north while South Jersey suffers. Politics decides what districts get money and which lose? Losing teachers is a travesty.
