Or the lady who wandered around my yard dumping a shopping bag full of old Christmas snacks on my lawn. Mental issues? The trash blowing down my street is both local and weekender. Some are clueless and some are inconsiderate. Just pick it up. Driving skills and safety? Both bad, too close to call. Stop pointing and complaining.
