Wildwood Crest - I've noticed for a long time now that, in our county, the restrooms at playgrounds are rarely unlocked. Villas, Wildwood, Avalon -I am wondering if it's on purpose or someone neglecting ro open them up. It seems that a place for children ought to always have a usable bathroom available. I think we can do better for our kids here.
