Wildwood Crest - It was disheartening to see how many vehicles were parked on the Wildwood Crest beach Oct. 7 as I went for a walk on the beach in the afternoon. I know that certain vehicles are allowed for sport fishing and by permit, however, it appeared that none of the vehicles were being used by fishermen and were just hauling people and beach gear closer to the sand. Some were standard SUVs. Why aren't Wildwood Crest police enforcing the permit rules? All these vehicles can't be good for the wildlife.
