You are required to stop before crossing the street. Bicyclists you DO NOT enjoy the same rights as pedestrians, you have to follow same laws as motorist. Motorist, slow down and expect pedestrian and bicyclists to do what ever they want. You will %99 of the time be at fault no matter what laws are broken by the others.
