Wildwood Crest - If I am a minor league player and have been in the minors for 12 years, then I most definitely need to be called up to the majors before anyone behind me because I have been there longer? Even though I'm not good and my numbers aren't major league compatible, still call me up because I have been there longer? Same goes for police work, but when you aren't good in police work, you can get someone killed. Promote the deserving and leave the rest in the minors.
