Wildwood Crest - I went to City Hall in Wildwood Crest Feb. 3 to pay my taxes. A man in front of me was saying how glad he was that the medians were defeated because it would raise his already too high taxes. When I left, that same man was outside smoking a cigarette. I quit smoking because it was costing me about $20 a week, I guess everyone has different priorities.
