Wildwood Crest - I was standing in line in Wildwood Crest City Hall to pay my sewer bill. The man in front of me was so rude to the girl helping him at the window. He was complaining about the bill like she had something to do with it. He even said he pays her salary so she should step it up a bit. I wonder where he works. Maybe someone should go there and treat him like that.
