Wildwood Crest - I wanted to give a positive shout out to the Crest police for starting to enforce the "no dogs on the beach ordinance." Most of the summer was disturbing to most residents and vacationers, with dogs everywhere as soon as the guards left the beach. Thanks for cruising the beach before 9 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. and starting to issue fines. I hope your visible presence and costly deterrent resolves this health problem and avoids another serious injury to an innocent child.
