Wildwood Crest - I read that there is no formal financial agreement in NATO. Isn't there an agreement that all countries in NATO are to have 2% of THEIR GDP dedicated for defense? Isn't that financial and is it fair that some don't? Are we to believe loudmouth Trump will not honor this country's obligations in the agreement if they don't?
