Wildwood Crest - I read the publisher’s column Oct. 10 comparing our local public high schools' performance in relation to New Jersey’s best high schools. The stats are tragic. I can hardly believe they're so awful. I'm glad Cape Issues is investigating Sen. Sweeney’s efforts to consolidate the state’s school districts to improve their operation.
