Wildwood Crest - I read with interest the proposal to place 16-foot dunes in Wildwood Crest and dredge our beaches and switch sand to North Wildwood. My concern is public safety. There are unanswered questions regarding the replenishment of sand by the Army Corps in Cape May and how it has altered the safety of its beaches. I would like a clearer picture of how this has impacted the public safety of Cape May's beaches before having to pay a million dollars toward beach replenishment for my neighbors, which may alter the safety of Wildwood Crest's beach.
