I own a property in Wildwood Crest and consider myself a Snowbir

Wildwood Crest - I own a property in Wildwood Crest and consider myself a Snowbird only coming up the summer months. Every year I look forward to the sunset on the lake. I almost got hit by a vehicle crossing the street last week. I do appreciate the crosswalk signs but why don’t you have a sign or a Police Officer sit and watch the cars make the U-turn off of New Jersey to park across from the lake? Someone is going to get hit by a car. Is this even a legal U-turn?
